Q:     What if I have my own equipment, but I use CO2 or something other than air?

A:     Running on air?  We have all day air INCLUDED in your field fee - CO2 AVAILABLE for 30 cents per ounce.

Q:    Regarding the parent or guardian signing for 11-17 year olds - Does the person who comes with me to sign the waiver have to remain at the field?

A:    No.  They are free to go for the day, if they so desire.   Why not talk them into playing also?

Q:    Why are your fees so much lower than other fields I've played at?

A:    The Hiatt's are family oriented people, who recognize the need for "kids" of ALL ages to be able to relax and have an enjoyable day outside, WITHOUT ruining the budget for the week.  If we can provide a fun atmosphere at a reasonable price, perhaps you will come back and tell your friends and relatives about our fair prices and challenging field.

Q:    I am very interested in setting up a day at your field specifically for a Company play-day.  What kind of fees are we talking about, and how do I go about reserving the day for just us?

A:    Call 865-475-2896 or e-mail us at hiatts@hiattsgameonpaintball.com ...Speak to Andy or Norma Jean and either of them will be more than happy to work with you to plan a great day for all the employees.  They are open to what YOU want for the day, and will definitely provide discount rates for larger groups of people. 

Q:    How early do I have to call to reserve the field for a large group?

A:    The sooner, the better, of course.  We would hate to have to tell you that your specific day was not available because someone else had already spoken for it....but, generally, we would expect a minimum of a two week advance reservation - this allows us the necessary amount of time to 'tailor make' that event for you! 

Q:    I would love to come play at your field, but my family is on vacation also....what is there for them to do?

A:    LOTS!   and   LOTS!    Hiatt's Game On Paintball  is located close to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Knoxville.....Just a few of the attractions which your family might enjoy are:  Dollywood,  Ripley's Aquarium, Ober Gatlinburg.....and the list goes on and on!  If you can't find it here, you  "jist ain't lookin'"  !!   We are also close to Knoxville

 where there are numerous shops, theaters, and tourist attractions.     

Q:    It's nice that your fees are low, but how about a discount for college students?

A:    You got it!   Present your college ID at the rental office, and you will enjoy an additional 10 percent off your field fee, and rental fee.  Sorry - that discount does not apply to other pujrchases.    

Q:    My kid is bugging me about playing.  How can I know it's safe?

A:    At Game On Paintball, we walk, talk, and lecture safety.  Safety briefings are held prior to each game.  We specifically take extra time to talk with and work with the younger and "first time" players.   We also test all markers to make sure they are within the maximum FPS limit.

Q:    Can I bring my own paint?    ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !    

A:    Yes!  You are now able to, thanks to the owners once again listening to what YOU want!   You may bring your own equipment and play with your own paint.  Sorry, you are not able to use your paint in the field's rental markers.  Paint available at site for purchase.  Generally, the low end of paint will be in the $40.00 range (for  carton of 2000)....If  our prices go down, we pass that onto you.  We will break the low end paint into half cases or quarter cases, if desired, but the price is a little higher to do so.

Q:    Can I bring some refreshments?  I always get super thirsty when I play.

A:    We allow carry-ons and there is always cold bottled water and Gatorade available at the office.   

Q:    If we reserve the field for a day, are we able to bring our own food?  

A:    That's one of the areas you would need to cover with Andy or Norma Jean when you call or e-mail.  They will be happy to work with you if you wish to make it a Picnic-Play Day or something of that sort...after all, it's going to be YOUR day.

Q:    What about camping and making it a two day event?

A:    Yes, there is ample area for you to pitch a tent and spend the night.  However, campsites are primitive.  No wild parties or excessive drinking. Please let Andy or Norma Jean know when you make field reservations that you would like to register for a camping site also.  Fees dependent upon length of stay, number of people.  Call 475-2896. 

Q:   What if we're in the middle of a game and you're ready to close?

A:   Don't worry!  Our games our timed and IF you happen to run over, of course we will allow you to finish your game.

Q:   I really like the fact that you have gift certificates available....but I don't think I want to pay for the field rental fee and the marker rental fee....what kind of gift certificates can I get?

A:   Whatever you wish!   You can purchase a gift certificate in any denomination.
